Freeman Health System received a national five-star rating and ranking in the top two hospitals in Missouri by the Heart & Vascular Institute by HealthGrades®.
St John’s Regional Medical Center was named one of the nation's 100 Top Hospitals® for cardiovascular care by Solucient®. This is the second time St. John’s has been recognized with this honor.
Southwest Missouri is home to several large, nationally known manufacturers such as La-Z-Boy, Owens Corning, General Mills, Leggett & Platt, Tamko, Cardinal Scale, Eagle-Picher Technologies, & Moark.
